I forgot my password
Use the password-reset option on the Capy Days sign-in screen. A reset link will be sent to the email associated with your account.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in Capy Days and choose Delete Account. Account deletion permanently removes your account and associated app data.
How do backups work?
You can create a full backup from Settings and restore a compatible backup later. Keep exported backup files somewhere secure.
How do I export my journal?
Open Settings and select the journal export option. You can then choose where the file is saved or shared.
How do reminders work?
Daily reminders are optional. You can enable or disable them and choose your preferred reminder time from Settings.
Why am I not receiving reminders?
Make sure reminders are enabled in Capy Days and that notification permission is enabled for Capy Days in your iPhone Settings.
